Nairobi (HOL) - Somalia's Lower House Lawmaker, Abdirahman Mohamed Omar Jubba, passed away in Nairobi on Friday after an illness.
The Speaker of the People's Assembly of the Parliament, Sheikh Adan Mohamed Noor, expressed his deepest condolences to the family and the Somali people on the lawmaker's death.
"I share the pain and sorrow with the family, relatives, and the entire Somali community on the death of MP Abdirahman Mohamed Omar Jubba," the Speaker said in a statement on social media.
South West regional state President Abdiaziz Hassan Mohamed Laftagaren also condolences on the death of the Federal Member of Parliament elected from the South West constituency on seat HOP#269.
