Mogadishu (HOL) — At least three people have been reported dead and several others wounded in a road accident near the Afisyoni Air Force base in Mogadishu on Saturday.
Eyewitnesses stated that a truck experienced brake failure collided with a Surf car, and then ran over an auto-rickshaw motorcycle.
"The truck's brake failure led to the accidents. I witnessed fatalities and injuries among the victims," one eyewitness recounted.
The incident comes two weeks after another tragic accident occurred in Mogadishu when a truck collided with a minibus carrying fasting people in Mogadishu, resulting in multiple fatalities.
